Your skin is made up of billions of cells. These cells dry out and die to be replaced by new cells every two to four weeks. Some of it gets shed as dust, which makes up for the fact that most of the dust in your home is actually your dead skin. While others remain on your skin, it causes you many problems and long-term complications like acne, blackheads, rough and scaly skin, etc.
Dead skin cells are found all over the body, whether they are on the face, lips, hands, or legs. The best way to do this is to exfoliate your skin with a scrub or scrub. It will remove dead skin cells, impurities and oil from deep within the pores. But one thing to remember while using the scrub is to be gentle and don't try to scrub under pressure. Vigorous rubbing will not make your skin smoother and cleaner; Instead, it will open up your skin pores and scratch your entire body, causing irritation.
