Glowing Skin is typically seen as a sign of health and vitality. Dull or dry skin, on the other hand, can make you feel less than your best. To get glowing skin, start by drinking plenty of water and eating a balanced diet. Make sure to get enough sleep and exercise regularly. Additionally, use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated and protected. You can also use a face mask or exfoliate once a week.
I have an acne problem and I have used an ample amount of beauty products and had waste lots of money to get glowing skin.
It’s said that “Try new things, fail a bunch, and learn from the mistakes.”
It’s been six months, I have stopped using beauty products. I just use a moisturizer and use one home remedy daily. It really helped me to cure my acne though sometimes one to two acne pop on my skin but I can feel a lot of good changes on my skin.
I am listing 7 natural home remedies for glowing skin. Just grab the one which is suitable for your skin. Try it out for a few weeks and see the results.
1. Raw Milk:
Raw Milk is the one which I am in love with. It’s the best ingredient for me and it will be for many of others. Raw Milk works as a cleanser and facial toner. It has lactic acid and works as a hydrating agent. If you have an acne problem then you should definitely use it.
Benefits:
- It gives brighter, fresher, and spotless skin.
- It works for dead skin and acne.
- It’s a great moisturizer.
- Works as Natural sunscreen.
- It can treat even dry skin.
- Take raw milk and use the cotton pad to apply it to your face. Leave it for 15–20 minutes and rinse it with cold water.
- Take raw milk and add Milkmaid powder to it and apply it on your face.
- This way works best when I am lazy. I freeze raw milk and even raw milk with milkmaid in an ice cube tray and apply it on my face.
The third one is easiest of all. As every day I just need to grab one raw milk ice cube and apply. There are several other ways as well to use raw milk but for me these three works the best.
2. Eat as Well as Apply Fruits:
Fruits are the best for a healthy body and skin. As the fruit is the first thing that comes to mind when we need a healthy body and glowing skin. As it contains vitamins, proteins, and minerals. So, start eating all sorts of fruit, whenever you eat take a little bit of it and apply it on your face.

How to apply:
- Just apply directly to your face.
- Grand it in juice and apply with a cotton pad.
- Freeze different fruits juice in an ice cube tray and apply.
3. Orange peel:
Benefits:
- It makes skin looks fresh
- It treats acne and oily skin
- Works best for pigmentation
- It makes skin soft and smooth
How to apply:
- Orange peel, milk, and turmeric. Mix these three ingredients and apply it.
- Orange peel and yogurt. This will give fresh and toned skin.
- Orange peel, honey, and turmeric. This also works best for the skin.
4. Turmeric
Turmeric powder is one of the natural beauty product which is used for ages as it has natural healing properties and works best for the skin.
- Gives natural glow
- Heal wounds
- Reduce acne, scars, and marks of skin.
- Reduces dark circles
- Combat various skin conditions
How to apply:
- Simple, mix turmeric with milk and apply it to your skin.
- Make a paste with turmeric, yogurt, and honey and apply it.
- Mix Turmeric, gram flour, and milk this also works the best for the skin.
Note: Don’t use too much turmeric. A pinch is perfect.
5. Rice water
Benefits:
- Reduces dark patches
- Make skin smooth
- Repairs various skin problems like acne and rashes
- It has Anti-aging benefits
- Store it in a spray bottle and spray it as a toner.
- Apply it using a cotton ball.
- Freeze it in an ice cube tray and apply.
6. Aloe Vera:
Aloe vera is one of that houseplant that does miracles to the skin. It has a cooling effect which helps in sunburn and also enhances the skin. It acts as a natural remedy that is rich in minerals and helps in the healing process.

- It works as a moisturizer
- It keeps skin hydrated
- Reduces acne and blemishes
- Fights Skin-aging
How to apply:
- You can use natural aloe vera and apply it on the face.
- Use an aloe vera gel from the market and apply it.
Note: The natural aloe vera and the market aloe vera has a difference. The fresh will be more good for your skin but if you take a product from the market then make sure it has more aloe vera content.
7. Rosewater:
- Helps to control excess oil
- It works as a cleanser
- Helps in healing scars, cuts, and wounds
- It cleans pores and reduces acne and scars
- Reduces dark circles
How to apply:
- Apply using a cotton pad on the face.
- Store it in a spray bottle as a toner and spray it on your face.
- If you have dark circles then dip a cotton pad in rose water and rest it under your eyes for 5 minutes.
Apart from this make sure to do this as well for healthy skin
- Drink water. Keep yourself hydrated always.
- Exercise daily in any form.
- Sleep properly for 7–8 hours.
- Eat healthily.
- Consume sugarless food.
Tips to note:
- Everyone’s skin type is different so do what works for your skin.
- Don’t try many products altogether instead stick with one.
- These remedies won’t make your skin glow overnight. You need to try for a period of time to feel the change.
- I am not a beauty specialist this what works for me and I have tried it. So it may work for you too.
